The Trust house Forte trophy was presented to the RMGC in 1986 to commemorate the retirement of Charles Asciak. The trophy was later sponsored by various sponsors down the years including Bistro (97-99), Bouzouki restaurant (2000-04) and Le Meridien (2005-08). In 2009 Holland and Barrett sponsored a mixed shambles competition played on a public holiday and elected to adopt this as their trophy. This changed in 2014 to a Texas Scramble.
