  • This board is useful for connecting digital systems to noisy or high-voltage equipment, such as a 5V microcontroller.
  • Using an opto-isolator integrated circuit (IC), this board electrically isolates a controller from the high-power system.
  • This integrated circuit contains four LEDs and four photodiodes. As a result, a high voltage side can be controlled by the low voltage side.
