TERMS We offer a 100% money back guarantee on each item. Refund or exchange within 7 days if you are dissatisfied. You just mail the item back in the original condition and a refund/ replacement will be sent.
We do not charge a re-stocking fee. Shipping fees and return shipping charges are non-refundable. Although out pictures are very accurate, colour may not match exactly as the real item due to variations in computer monitors. 
Some gems may be colour enhanced or fracturefilled to enhance beauty but this will be disclosed on each item.We are human though and also make mistakes. | | | CUSTOMER SERVICE  Within 24 hour of winning an item you will receive a welcome email from us with all the details needed. We endeavour to answer all emails promptly but do need the odd day off on weekends so please be patient. Certain spam filters have blocked our emails so if you do not hear from us within 24 hours please contact me through sms, alternate email or "ask seller a question"
FEEDBACK POLICY  We always provide positive ratings and excellent feedback . Please do not bid unless you intend to pay. Non paying bidders will have an SNC filed against them and receive negative feedback. Buyers with less than 5 positive ratings will need to make payment for the first order within 7 days from purchase.
Before leaving neutral or negative feedback for us for any reason, please email us with the problem first. We will settle all disputes by mutual agreement.
