TERMS We offer a 100% money back guarantee on each item. Refund or exchange within 7 days if you are dissatisfied. You just mail the item back in the original condition and a refund/ replacement will be sent.
We do not charge a re-stocking fee. Shipping fees and return shipping charges are non-refundable. Although out pictures are very accurate, colour may not match exactly as the real item due to variations in computer monitors. 
Some gems may be colour enhanced or fracturefilled to enhance beauty but this will be disclosed on each item.We are human though and also make mistakes. | | | CUSTOMER SERVICE  Within 24 hour of winning an item you will receive a welcome email from us with all the details needed. We endeavour to answer all emails promptly but do need the odd day off on weekends so please be patient.
