Published in March 1982, and only available via mail-order from the "International ABBA Magazine" at the time, this 8"x8" 86 page softcover was a collector's dream at the time.
Here, for the first time, all the lyrics to all the ABBA tracks released in the UK up to that point were included in this little book.
Soon after publication, the offer was revised to include a special "Lyric Mark" insert that featured the lyrics to "The Day Before You Came", "Under Attack", "Cassandra" and "You Owe Me One". This was printed on heavy stock card. This is included with this offer, and can be seen in pictures 7 and 8.
The front of the booklet features 11 colour plates and the book is divided into sections based on the style of the songs, and b-sides.
At the back, there are 2 indexes: song titles in alphabetical order and first lines in alphabetical order.
This copy is in excellent condition. No folds, tears or spine damage.
It is important to note that as at this time, the UK was one of the countries where the first album had NOT been released as yet. (It was only in 1988 when Castle Communications had the rights to release material that it would see a release as part of the 2lp set "The Collection vol 2" where the other 2 sides were given to the "Live" album). As such, the only songs from "Ring Ring" to have their lyrics here are those that appeared on the 1976 "Greatest Hits" album.
