In my opinion the condition is used good for a piece of this age.

There is some wear to the varnish finish, which I oiled and has given

a better appearance. Please view all photos and decide for yourself.

It is not a very heavy piece and I would say indoor/covered patio

piece. Not chunky, more on the slight side.

Measures height to back 85cm, the length (all approximate as it

is difficult to access where stored) 110cm, the width 53cm and

height to the seat area measured to the wood, not cushion is 41.5cm.

Please note warn varnish on the top which was oiled.
