This unit is for either spares or repair as it is not working correctly at present.

It is pre-owned.

The unit is an  AC to DC step-down transformer 220AC to 15 & 30V with analogue meters, mounted in a steel casing with a heat sink across the back.

The front has 2 meters :

DC 0-30V analogue Voltage voltmeter   

Analogue Micro Amper METER DC 0 - 500 uA 

Unit has been tested and there appears to be an issue with the voltage and ? current knobs as they don't seem to be working,  there might be a problem inside the unit with something else. 

If you look at the pictures, the needle is stuck on "10" when there is power. The normal off state is supposed to be "0" by default.
