The AC5 + ZEN is a workhorse regulator for dive centres.
For use in water temperatures above 10°C, the AC5 1st stage uses a simple unbalanced piston design, known for its ease of maintenance. Large hydrostatic openings ensure that each post-dive rinse is as efficient as possible, essential for extending the regulator's lifespan.
Unique to Cressi is the AC5's external 1st stage IP adjustment system. This allows service centres to fine-tune the intermediate pressure while the regulator is attached to the cylinder, providing a quick fix to keep it in use until the next service interval. The high-capacity conical filter, which offers a larger surface area than traditional flat filters, traps impurities before they damage the internal components of the 1st stage.
Compatible with parts from the AC25 and AC2 models, the AC5 shares a single maintenance kit for INT and DIN versions, simplifying and reducing servicing costs.

Its thermoconductive Polymer case offers all the benefits of metal but without the extra weight, and radial pressure openings evenly distribute water pressure across the diaphragm to reduce free-flows.
