Acacia Gerrardii - Red Thorn Tree - Indigenous Tree - 10 Seeds

The Red Thorn Tree grows up to 14 metres. It is a very hardy tree and has grey bark. An extremely hardy drought resistant Acacia it is grown extensively in Zimbabwe, the Northern parts of South Africa as well as in some parts of KZN. It does very well without tending and thrives in the dryer lowveld areas. It makes a very good bonsai specimen and is quick growing.
