Acacia hebeclada ssp.tristis

Bonsai seed

Common names: Candle Thorn of Trassiedoring

Acacia hebeclada ssp. tristis is only found growing naturally along the banks of the Okavango river.

It is a drooping shrub or tree with erect seed pods, hence the common name.  The drooping nature of this Acacia makes it a perfect bonsai for the cascade style.
