ACCU-TAC TYPE BIPOD, PICATINNY MOUNTED W/ QD

QD Weaver mounted bipod, steel chasis and legs, completely tool-free manipulation / adjusting. Centre height adjustable 183mm - 213mm, four notches inbetween the extremities of adjustment, allowing for finer adjustment in 4 increments of 10mm

Solidly manufactured bipod, made from steel, not aluminium. Has a QD Picatinny attachment / lever that flips 180º which tightens / pulls the clamps inward. This set screw is adjustable via a serrated knob on the otherside to determine the adjustment range of the clamp.

The legs as illustrated, pivot outward at 45º respectively and the legs themselves do not feature rubberized feet.

Furthermore, the legs have 5 swiveling positions;

• Rearward 180º
• Rearward 45º
• 90º
• Forward 45º
• Forward 180º

These different positions are toggled through simply by tugging the legs outward, which offsets the hinges and allows for the free arc / sweep movement of the legs respectively. They are spring loaded, so once released, the perpendicular tabs will slot into the positional retainer which the legs are bolted onto.

The legs comes across as de-stemmed branches, which allows for better grip on them respectively, in order to pull -and swivel the legs in their arc-of-adjustment.

The lower legs simply pull out and a spring-loaded steel retainer will catch the legs by the notches. To stow the lower legs, simply depress the lever on the catches and the legs will instantaneously retract.

The entirety of this bipod is fitted, removed and adjusted without the need for a single tool.

It has a very solid steel feel to it, however, there is a bit of play of the legs.

The feet are rounded steel pieces, not rubberized and won't provide too much traction.

Otherwise, in terms of immitation bipods, this one is quite proper.
