Return to me policy - if hardware is faulty you accept charges to ship said item to me and if said fault is not buyer inflicted i will cover costs to send back to you.
Please note that any tampering in ANY sense will result in the warranty being voided. NO EXCEPTIONS. This includes opening the machine in anyway, or fiddling with any screws.
Warranty covers hardware failure only. Any malfunction related to software is NOT covered in anyway.
If a machine is found to be in a state of abuse after it is returned no warranty will be validated.
All units are thoroughly checked and tested before they are sent out, laptops are sensitive items and smacking the keyboard or screen when you losing your favourite race causing keys to pop out or the screen to go blank also voids the warranty (Even though losing is so frustrating :-) )
The Hardware warranty is only valid for internal hardware faults,None of the following items will be covered IE,Batteries,Keyboards,Clips,Any external damage to LCD's,The Motherboard,Hinges,Covers,Housings,CD/DvD Roms,Chargers,Damage to the trackpad, any buttons or switches will not be covered by our warranty
