Don't know the exec specs since i cant turn this one on. when i plug in the power the board does receive power. under a thermal cam there is one hotspot the TPS power management chip.

I could not get the correct chip to try and fix the startup problem. 

Selling this one as is for anyone to try and save this one.

This one comes with a cracked left bottom of the screen.

Included is the charger.
