Description

The WaterInca Activated Carbon Block filter removes chlorine, benzene, taste, odour, and organic chemicals and contaminants from drinking water, aqueous solutions or suspensions. It provides the particulate filtration and dirt-holding capacity of an efficient 5m nominal sediment filter.

Our ACB filters are made from 100% pre-acid washed granular activated coal or coconut shell. We use a proprietary extrusion process that produces a carbon block with more carbon, but a lower pressure drop, and a greater holding capability. The inner and outer wraps are made from non-woven polyolefin, which holds extra dust and allows no carbon ash leaching.
