The kit contains 1 rear axle housing adapter, 1 new axle, 1 new contrate gear and 1 new pinion gear.
I have converted my own cars successfully which are as follows, C3-Javelin, C4-Electra, C15-Ford Mirage, C16-Ferrari P4, C18-Ford 3L and C22-Porsche 917LH. I am certain that the balance of the cars using the Raymond motor and rear axle housing can be converted.
Due to minor axle housing and motor end slot deformations from age, and extra body rib reinforcement on later models, some filing of the inner tongue of the adapter which sits against the inside of the car body will be necessary as well as the face of the circular motor end adapter.
The casting material that these items are made from is easily filed and a tight fit of this adapter kit to the inside of a car body is achievable.

This kit completely transforms these older cars to the extent of being a lot faster, smoother and so much more enjoyable.
