Product Description

-Fully adjustable to fit your head. A quick remove buckle on strap is easy to put onto or take out the camera.

-Put the GoPro camera into either Frame, Skeleton Housing or Waterproof Housing and connect the buckle# with the thumbscrew#. Put the buckle onto the quick remove mount of the suction cup. Make sure the buckle connecting quick remove mount securely.

-Adjust the nylon strap to hold securely on your head. Don't pull too tight as it is not comfortable.
