We provide you with the waybill or tracking number, it is your responsibility to collect it in time from the Post Office. We have no control over the Post Office or courier services which are used, so we cannot be held responsible for inconvenience or delays caused by the couriers or Post Office. We ship within South Africa only. Shipping fee includes, but is not limited to packaging, packaging material, admin and handling. Please make sure your delivery address is up to date on your BOB profile because we print the label from the BOB website.
