Published by C. Struik in 1969. Hard cover plus dust cover, covered in plastic in such a way as not to damage book (taped to inside dust cover). Dust cover does very slight wear but book itself in very good, clean, neat condition - 25cm x 19cm with 287 pages. Refer images
