Condition:
The frother whisk does not spin, and therefore does not froth. It does heat up though.
When the button is pressed, it turns solid red and then flashes red shortly after, while heating up the milk. Unsure what the issue is, likely can be repaired by someone with the know how.
Comes with lid, rubber seal, and full whisk with spring attachment.
