Condition:  Very Good to Fine.  FIRST STANDARD EDITION. 1966 Very Scarce.

Dust jacket torn top to bottom on front spine, and nicked and torn along the edges, but otherwise in Very Good condition. Covered with protective library plastic. Boards lightly faded along the top edge,  the corners are lightly bumped, otherwise are in Fine condition.

Pages 260 and 261 has been discoloured due to a leather book mark that has been left in the book. See pictures. Text block and pages are otherwise in Fine Condition, clean and clear.
