Although the Top right Corner displays only the date of the Map from which this Print was Made, it is clear by the Paper upon which the Print is that it is Antique (probably lat 1800's) as this particular type of Paper is at LEAST that ancient

The Frame is Solid wood and has been purposefully stained a Beautiful Hazel Color. The Frame itself is Vintage and has been Carved to have a lovely visual effect. Glass has been fitted inside the Frame as well as a Backboard and is wired to be hung up. A series of Boards have been used inside the Frame (3)and the boards have been cut with a Laddered effect to create a recessed framework edged by Gold Trim which then surrounds the Map

On the Top Right Corner of the map is -- "AFRICAE NOVA TABULA. Auct : Hen . Hondio 1631"

This item (FRAME, GLASS and MAP) are in PERFECT condition with NO cracks or damages to either.

FRAME -- 73cm left to right..............61cm top to bottom...............2.4cm thick.............5.2cm width

MAP PRINT -- 49cm left to right..................37cm top to right
