Modern method/ use

Use about half a teaspoon per half glass water. ( use a long glass and only half fill it)

Leave it to soak over night, shake the brew in the morning. As you shake the glass it makes a white milky foam.

Scoop the foam off with a spoon, repeat the process. Eat the small white foamy bubbles and place the glass back in the fridge. Repeat the process for three days after each other using the same mixture you started with. Do not drink the water that is left over.

You can keep producing more foam and consuming it until your body feel as if it has had enough. The alkaloids take a while to saturate the blood.
