This complete medallion set consists of 24 gilded silver medals (each with a different animal). It was issued in 1976 by the Africana Commemorative Mint, celebrating it's 50th year anniversary of the Nature Life Organisation of Southern Africa.
The set is in excellent condition. Each medal weighs about 3.6 grams. The medals are represented in a wooden box with soft padding on the inside.
