CARE :
Before first use, wash the Potjie thoroughly with
hot water and dry.
Apply a cooking oil coating to the surface and heat
until the oil begins to smoke.
Using a paper towel or rag, wipe the surface clean.
The Potjie is now ready for use. To store, wash Potjie and dry, then apply a thin
layer of cooking oil to the surface.
Store in a dry place.
