The product is an Agfa Synchro Box camera. It is a vintage medium format box camera manufactured by Agfa in Germany between 1951 and 1957. It uses 120 roll film, producing 6x9 cm images. The Agfa box in the background is an empty Agfa film box I just threw in for free.
