An unusual SA art item comprising an uncommon large portfolio by a well known South African Artist whose work is represented in all the major South African Galleries. This is one of only 325 numbered and signed copies, lithographed drawings relating to her trip to Mali. Contained in a large folio sized cloth bound portfolio cover, are 26 full page prints of drawings Lipkin did whilst travelling in North Africa. There all also 11 pages of facsimile entries from her diary. An impressive work and not often offered on the market.
