Parcel went missing for 10 days. Several requests for tracking number. Tracking no. not provided. Went to Post Office twice - not there. When parcel did arrive - paper wrapping around parcel intact - actual box inside wrapping paper had been re-opened and re-sealed. Instruction manual missing. Seller promised to scan and e-mail it to me 5 days ago. I am still waiting. Seller very sweet on phone.
