  • 1.4mm nozzle A versatile size for many common finishing applications and coatings.
  • Suction cup (bottom feed) Practical setup for steady spraying and easy handling.
  • Adjustable fan, fluid and air controls Fine-tune pattern width, material flow and atomisation.
  • Durable metal construction Built for workshop use and regular cleaning routines.

Benefits

  • Cleaner spraying: HVLP helps reduce overspray for a tidier work area and less wasted material.
  • More control: Adjustments let you match the spray pattern to the job for a smoother finish.
  • Consistent results: Stable atomisation supports even coverage and better repeatability.

Tips and techniques

When sprayfinishing, it's always advised to keep the spray gun parallel to the workpiece surface. The distance from the surface of the workpiece should be the width of the spray pattern.

The lower the pressure of the air, the lower the chance to have bounce-back
(overspray). The pressure should only be increased when the spray pattern is
uneven - paint focused in the middle when the fan setting is wide.

Extra Information

  • Use clean, dry, filtered air (water trap and regulator) to maintain consistent atomisation and finish quality.
  • Strain your coating before filling the cup to reduce blockages and improve spray consistency.
  • Match viscosity to your nozzle size and settingsthin and test on a sample surface before the main job.
  • Clean the gun thoroughly after use to prevent dried material from affecting performance.

Pro Tip

  • Start with the fan wide, then dial fluid in gradually until the pattern is even and wet without runs.
A quick test spray on cardboard can save an entire project from orange peel and dry spray.

Safety

  • Wear eye protection and a suitable respirator when spraying paints, solvents or coatings.
  • Work in a well-ventilated area and keep fumes away from sparks, flames and hot surfaces.
  • Disconnect the air supply and release pressure before changing nozzles or servicing the spray gun.
  • Keep hands clear of the nozzle and never point the spray gun at people or animals.
  • Follow coating manufacturer safety instructions and dispose of waste responsibly.
