This is an official limited-edition collectible by Bell Helmets (part of their Bell Sports Mini Line), released to celebrate milestone anniversaries of the McLaren team or Prost's championships. This was re Mclarens 50th Anniversary of being part of F1.

This is what made Alain Prost famous. = Alain Prost made 1985 famous by securing his first-ever Formula 1 World Drivers' Championship, which also made him the historic first-ever French F1 World Champion. Driving for the McLaren team, Prost "The Professor" dominated the grid by winning five races and securing eleven podium finishes. 
Sports Line helmets are hand made. Using high technology components, the shell, interior and visor (which fully opens and closes) are technically identical to the 1:1 size helmet, and are made with similar materials.

Please inspect the photographs, as these form part of the description, the item is sold as seen, this helmet is listed in very good condition, with slight bubbing under the visor, and side, no discolouration or fading and displays very well. Sadly all these mini helmets had that issue.
