Terms and Conditions:

If you place an order with us, you agree the following terms and conditions.

Please ensure that payment is made within 4 working days once order is placed or contact us if payment will take longer.

Once payment reflects, your parcel will be processed and posted/dispatched within 1 - 2 business days (this is excluding estimated delivery times, weekends and public holidays). The tracking number will be emailed to you once posted/dispatched.  

Postnet and post office parcels will only be dispatched the NEXT working day. 
Aramex cut off is 12:00 daily (excluding public holidays and weekends).

Please note that Deviant South will not be held liable for delays caused by couriers or the post office.  Although we take extra care to package your parcels as securely as possible, we cannot be held liable if items damage during transit

Estimated delivery times (this is excluding processing time): 
Fastway Couriers National: Major city centres only - +- 4 work days.
Postnet to postnet: +-3 work days
Aramex: Major City Centres – +- 2 work days / Rural Areas – +- 5 work days
Post Office: +-10 Work Days
Post Office Speed Service: +- 5Work Days
