Goods will only be dispatched once payment reflects in our bank account. You will receive e-mail communication. We expect timeous replies to any e-mail communication sent out so check that our e-mail communication is not in your SPAM mailbox. Insurance is optional and not through SAPO and without it there is no recourse for goods missing in the post.

In the unlikely event that a return is request, all returns must include all original items undamaged, in re-saleable condition, all original packaging including manuals etc.  Software sales are not refundable.  Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.  Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred shipping products back.
