An Alfred Meakin pink and white plate depicitng a nineteenth century village next to a river and stone bridge.  A horse and carriage is riding in the street alongside The Post House which is the name of the plate.

This is a medium to large plate, measuring 25.3cm in diameter.  It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or restoration, though does have all-over crazing to the glaze which is natural in many old ceramics.
