YVONNE’S COLLECTABLES

From ALFRED MEAKIN, England, in the ROYAL MARIGOLD series and in the BELAIR pattern, this TEAPOT with lovely floral decoration and blue trim. The full backstamp of most of these items is as depicted below, which dates to c1937. The teapot has the green backstamp without the pattern name “Belair.”

There is no age crazing, but unfortunately a slight chip to the knob on the lid and the spout has been fixed. Considering the age and beauty of this item it should definitely be worth repairing these minor damages.

The teapot measures 14cm to top of the lid.
