Condition: Very Good. Binding intact, tight. No loose or missing pages, no tears. Boards crisp and bright. No shelf- or edge-wear. Corners sharp. Silver lettering on spine crisp and bright. Endpapers age-toned with some foxing. Small brown stains on front free endpaper which persists on half-title, title, fading on contents page. A line of printed numerals; a price covered over in blue ballpoint pen. A crease along the fore-edge of front free endpaper, continued on all subsequent introductory pages, affecting all pages hence for about 1/5 of the book with a slight bend in the margin. Light foxing and small light brown stains on edges of text block. Recurrent foxing and signs of handling (smudges, small stains) throughout text block. No inscriptions, no underlining, no highlighting or marginalia.
DJ Condition: Very Good. Faded along spine, back flap hinge, and edges of front cover. Rubbed at the heel but not chipped or torn. Rubbing along the top edge of front cover especially top edge of both hinges; rubbing with tiny tears starting at the head of the DJ spine. Unclipped. Inside of DJ foxed. All in all DJ still in very good condition, feels firm with no stains, no large tears or creases.
