Aloe "Dorian Black" plants

Attractive miniature aloe brought in from the US several years ago. We now have planted out enough off-sets to start selling some.

Its a small aloe of up to about 25cm. in diameter, very colourfull and has bright orange/red flowers, best kept in a pot, but can be planted out into the garden if you are in an area with a mild climate (it does not tolerate frost) Keep it in a lightly shaded spot, as it tends to burn when exposed to too much drect sun. Its a slow grower and usually only starts flowering when they are about 6cm. in diameter.

Plants on sale here are rooted off-sets of abot 5cm. in diameter.
