Part of Plant Used:

• Bitter Yellow Juice / Aloe sap / Aloe Gum / Aloe Latex / Aloe Bitter Juice

Main Uses:

• A natural aid for constipation.
• Also used for arthritis eczema and stress.
• It has more vitamins, minerals, amino acids and polysaccharides than Aloe Vera.
• Contains a total of 34 amino acids, including 7 of the 8 essential ones.

Contra-Indications:

• Allergy or hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients.
• Do not use with abdominal pain of unknown origin and diarrhoea.

Warnings:

• Rated relatively safe when taken in appropriate quantities for short periods of time.
• Not to be taken continuously for more than 8-10 days.
• Not recommended for children. Treating infants and children under 2 with any herbal preparation may be hazardous. Always consult with your doctor or herbal practitioner.

Interactions:

• There are no known interactions; however, with the proliferation of available drugs it is always advisable to consult your doctor or health care professional before taking this or any other supplements.

Pregnancy & Lactation:

Side Effects ¿ Only With Mega Doses:

• Aloe Ferox has no serious side effects; only rare cases of allergies have been reported
• Overuse may cause potassium loss leading to increased toxicity of cardiac glycosides. Potassium loss may result in Hypokalemia when taking diuretics.
• If you are hypersensitive to or develop an allergic reaction to any of the ingredients, don¿t take or discontinue immediately.
• None other expected if you are beyond childhood, basically healthy and do not exceed recommended dosage and use for short periods, but always consult with your doctor before taking this or any medical drugs, herbs or nutritional supplements, particularly if suffering from a serious health condition or on any medication or treatment.

Over Dosage:

• Overdose will cause diarrhoea and excessive loss of water. Discontinue. Treatment is symptomatic and supportive. If symptoms are severe consult your doctor. Accidental Overdose such as child consuming a whole container, obtain immediate medical assistance.
