The spiny leaves of Aloe marlothii plants and the horizontal racemes makes this tree aloe something really special in the garden. Growth seems slow as Aloe marlothii tends to put on weight rather than height, reaching 2m - 3m in height. The succulent plant Aloe marlothii flower in winter. The color of the flowers can be solid or bi-color in orange and red.
