The strip is covered with a clear Silicon / Epoxy Resin.
Can be cut and joined (interconnect). Add up your total Watts' ratings to determine the power supply needed. They use any 12 Volt power supply/transformer. Calculate the strip wattage using 0.24Watts per diode (SMD5050, 6500K ~ 10000K Cool white).
