All our products are order on request items, and as such will take roughly 10-25 working days once payment has been recieved to be delivered. All stock is sourced from the USA, and is designed for use in the USA. If the item is powered, a transformer will be needed if the item lists as 110V only. If the item lists as 110-220V - only a simple adapter is needed. If you are unsure please check with us/the manufacturer before placing your order.

All items come with the standard warranty issued by the manufacturer in the USA. If a warranty claim needs to be submitted, the item would need to be returned to the USA.
