What do you need?  You need an adsl line from Telkom and an internet account.  Please look here for the Vox internet offerings.  Don't forget to sign up for your own FREE 087 fax number!

You may ask..... but how is it possible for Vox to pay me money when I receive calls?  It is very simple.  There are interconnect agreements between Telkom, Vox and the cellular networks.  In simple terms that means if someone phones a 087 (Vox) number it passes onto the Vox network and that means Telkom and the cellular networks must pay Vox a certain rate per minute to use the Vox network.  Vox decided to give some of this money back to the consumer.  Amazing?  You bet it is!  

You may also ask..... why doesn't Vox advertise aggressively?  For the same reason as above.... rather give money back to the consumer than spend it on very expensive advertising campaigns!
