This amazing collection consists of about 250 metal badges, 66 cloth badges, 53 shoulder insignia, 17 medals and 103 buttons.

The collection belongs to my 88-year old father, who collected badges and military insignia for about 50 years. My brother remembers his fascination with these items as a child more than 45 years ago.

It is a treasure trove. Some of the items may be common, but there are also a number of rare items. it includes South African and international items.

I don't have the time to research these and sell them individually, although I know that would at least double the price I could get for them. I am based in Centurion if the lucky buyer wants to collect.
