This amazing black dress with beaded detail was designed by Spiro Veliotis, a Top SA Designer in Johannesburg, for the Mrs. South Africa Pageant. It was worn once by one of the top 5 finalists. It is a size 34 (36 Chest). The cost of the dress was R24 000 and it was worn once on stage at the actual Mrs SA Gala event.
