This is a photo of the COMPLETE painting. It is about a market in a plane of some town. The Castle in the back ground suggests that it may be somewhere in Europe, UK, Ireland, Scotland or Wales. There is also a flag outside the restaurant or shop, representing a man holding something in his hands.
The figures of ladies are impressionistic and one of the ladies are wearing glasses. It is a morning in the flower market and the sun is shedding a shadow of a building on the eastern side on the flower market. If you are collecting antique art, then this something to collect.
The photo was taken with no flash camera. Just look how the artist used some tool to make the tiles look three dimensional. The artist signed the art, possibly a surname "Osmond" and dated it 61. We can assume it is 1961 as the roof has tiles and a lady is wearing glasses. The painting is thus 55 years old and will look lovely with a frame.
