Setting the device up requires some technical knowledge, but it is not difficult if you know how. We will send you instructions on how to do a basic setup, and are happy to give telephonic or e-mail support during office hours.
Installing the App on your phone is very tricky if you have iOS/iPhone. Android phones are easier. BUT everything can be done from the desktop/laptop app, by visiting alexa.amazon.com - you don't need the phone app to setup or use the device.
