Summary
Discharged from hospital, Connor has second thoughts about being a bodyguard. The job is simply too risky. But Colonel Black thinks all Connor needs is a holiday and has the perfect assignment three weeks accompanying a British diplomatic family on safari in Gabon, Africa.
With no specific threat identified, it should be just the ticket for Connor's rest and recuperation. But when the country's government is toppled in a surprise military coup, Connor and his assigned family find themselves in the middle of a civil war.

As they fight for their survival, Connor realizes the gunmen are the least of their problems. Lions, snakes and elephants prove just as dangerous as an AK-47.
