 The AMCpressure cooker is referred to as the AMC Speedcooker, as it speeds up your cooking by cutting conventional cooking times to a third, saving you time and effort when cooking food that would otherwise take hours to stew. Pressure cookers also use less electricity or gas when compared to conventional stovetop cooking.
