AMC FLUX 2000W INDUCTION COOKER

The AMC Flux is AMC's branded induction cooker. An induction hob uses electro-magnetic energy to transfer heat directly to the cookware in contact with its surface. This is an entirely different heating process compared to conventional gas and electrical stovetops, where heat is generated on the surface and transferred to the cookware. An induction hob's surface stays cool throughout the cooking process. After cooking, the surface will be hot due to residual heat from the cookware on it, but it won't burn you. However, please do not attempt to touch the surface immediately after cooking.

What are the benefits of induction cooking?

The AMC Flux is only compatible with the New Generation of AMC cookware, launched April 2009. All previous ranges of AMC cookware are not induction friendly and are therefore not compatible with the AMC Flux.
