Condition: very good - this is a professionally re-bound ex-library edition, very well bound and in very good condition; the spine is in half-leather and the boards are made of a sturdy brown material; Library pocket and return slip are pasted onto the front endpapers, and a Municipal library stamp appears on the title page and on a few other pages, with the endpapers showing some light foxing.; the binding is very firmly stitched. Despite this being 'ex-library' it is a well-preserved, clean, and virtually unused copy. 

A very scarce title for collectors of Americana.
