AMETHYST NECKLACE

This pendant is contains quartz giving it a unique chevron appearance

 

Chevron Amethyst is a combination of Amethyst and White Quartz, and occurs in a V-shaped or banded pattern.  It combines the strengthening and enhancing qualities of Quartz with the stress relieving qualities of Amethyst.  This combination makes it a wonderfully spiritual stone.

Amethyst is said to instil a sober mind.  It is used as a dream stone and to help insomnia. The Ancient Egyptians used the stone to guard against guilty and fearful feelings. It has long been used to open the spiritual and psychic areas making it one of the power stones. The stone further symbolises piety, sincerity and spiritual wisdom.


 The necklace consists of a wire wrapped amethyst pendant which is approximately 5cm in length and 4cm wide and amethyst chip stones.

  The necklace is about 46cm in length.
