This amiibo figure shows Link in his toon-shaded incarnation from The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker. Link holds the Wind Waker itself, a wand that allowed him to control the winds.

Features:

When an amiibo is placed on the GamePad, that character will be brought into the game. Players can either watch the character battle other characters, battle alongside the character, or battle against the character. The more the amiibo is played, the more it levels up, unlocking different moves, equipment, and customisation options. They will also level up faster when pitted against other amiibo fighters.

Amiibo went on sale at the launch of Super Smash Bros. for Wii U, with more characters set to be announced in 2015. Characters already announced include Mario, Link, Pikachu, Donkey Kong, and many more!
